SAP Solution Manager Expert

Our client is a financial services company and is currently looking for a SAP SOLUTION MANAGER EXPERT to help them to solve issues they have with SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1. The SAP SOLUTION MANAGER CONSULTANT will work at our client in Belgium for 1 week.

Scope of work:
After installation of SP11 on SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 some target systems are not yet monitored or no alert are forwarded.

The scope of that work will be to find the reason of that problem and to correct it:
* Check why some systems are not yet monitored
* Solve the issue for a particular landscape
* Share knowledge to 1 client staff
* Test and validate the solution for 1 SAP landscape

Deliverables:
* A correct monitoring of one of our SAP landscape and the transfer of knowledge to minimum one of client staff to permit the configuration of the other landscape by ourselves.
* Put in place sending of alert by SMS for critical systems.

Requirements:

* Experience with the monitoring system SAP CCMS
* Specialist in SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1 module monitoring (Setup and installation)
