SAP Solution Manager Consultant (m/f)

Aufgaben:

- Overall responsibility for the global SAP Solution Manager as Application Lifecycle Management tool
- Establish/maintain procedures and guidelines for Projects and Solution Documentation
- Establish/maintain procedures and guidelines for end-to-end change control management
- Maintain process for incident- and problem management, establish procedures for use through the full Application Lifecycle Management
- Assure alignment of ITIL processes with focus on touch points
- Documentation development and maintenance
- Responsible for setup of Technical Operations for SAP production systems (system administration, system monitoring, data volume management, root cause analysis etc.)
- Interaction with application support team to identify opportunities for improvement of procedures and tools
- 3rd level support/subject matter exper

Skills:

-4-6 years of experience in the area of SAP Solution Manager 7.1 (SP5/SP6) from implementation and upgrade projects, configuration and activation of work centers as well as from operations of the environment
-Experience in process management, ITIL and GxP for Application Lifecycle Management processes
-Experience with configuration and use of Incident and Problem Management, Change Request Management, Test Management, Business Process Documentation
-Very good insight in SAP Solution Manager work-centers
-Experience from large international companies is an advantage
-Ability to work independently, good organizational skills
-Strong analytical skills combined with a very good ability to work in teams
-Good written and oral presentation skills (English)
