- Integração do ChaRM com MDM (7.1), BW (7.3), PO (7.4), Portal (7.4) e ECC (6.0);
- Inglês intermediário;
- Qualidade em documentação;
- Elaboração e aplicação de treinamentos;
- Administração de Perfis de acesso;
- Administração de Transportes;
