Projektbeschreibung
A SAP SOLUTION MANAGER required for our client, a world renowned multinational based in Vaud, Switzerland.
The main purpose of this role is to:
- Provide support on current Solution Manager scenarios and provide consulting on the implementation of new scenarios.
- Support the Global Testing efforts for the implementation of Support Packs for ERP systems.
- Ensure the project can deliver the supporting processes and tools for Program Go-Lives
- Alignment of company methods and Tools
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BRING EXTERNAL PERSPECTIVE
- Complement existing team to bring fresh ideas around the usage of SAP Solution Manager
- Keep up with latest thinking
- Bring new ideas and ways of working
CONTRIBUTION TO SAP SOLMAN STRATEGIC PROJECTS
- Design the strategic implementation of SAP Solution Manager to cater the company needs
- Contribute and support the implementation of SAP Solution Manager ChaRM feature and a renovated Change/Release Management process with SAP Transports integration.
- Contribute and support the use of the Solution Documentation and Implementation roll-out functionalities
- Design End User roles for new functionalities
- Provide best practices and support for Solution Manager Test Workbench to the user community. Particularly for the testing of Support Packs.
- Liaise with process teams to deliver new monitoring objects for Business Process Monitoring
CONTRIBUTION TO PROJECTS
- Support project teams and regions in conducting their testing with Solution Manager
- Improve training material
- Participate to project meetings
- Maintain Business Process Monitoring Setup in Solution Manager
SUPPORT
- Provide support on Solution Manager to the user community
KEY SKILLS:
- Ability to create Training Material and provide training to End users
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Meeting facilitation skills
- Experience working in a large, global organization
KEY KNOWLEDGE
- Must have in-depth understanding of Solution Manager 7.1 components, architecture, configuration and Integration
- Scenarios of specific focus are Implementation roll-out, Solution Documentation, Test Workbench, BPCA, Business Process Monitoring
- Knowledge of SAP End User Role authorization
- ASAP Methodology
- Project Management Basic Knowledge
- Broad Solution Manager Knowledge across multiple scenarios (Charm, Service Desk )
