SAP Solution Architect - PI, ALE - Switzerland

Our client, a major international organisation based in Vaud, Switzerland, is currently looking for an SAP solution architect with experience of Interface Technologies such as ALE, AIF, RFC, JMS or JDBC to provide expertise in the design and mapping of interfaces for their global operations.

With solid experience of PI and ALE, you will deploy global and local interfaces, co-ordinate relevant testing and provide expertise in best practice and company standards. You will write technical specifications based on inputs from functional teams, prepare mapping rules, interface flow diagrams, connectivity approach and technical test cases.

A strong communicator able to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will also be able to configure ALE and code ABAP where required to fine tune or modify existing models and designs. The ability to work through an end-to-end solution, providing guidance, best practices, robust documentation is key. Previous experience of working in large international organisations is key to be able to understand complex SAP structures and ensure interfaces are designed right first time is also key to this role.
