SAP Social Services Analyst

Our client is looking for SAP Social Services Analyst who can offer:

You will be part of the SAP CRM and Social Services team working with our client in Riyadh. You will be involved in designing, building, deploying and maintaining SAP-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis, design and build of SAP Social Services solutions. Structured testing internally and with users. Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Technical evaluation and implementation of minor enhancements and change requests. Collaboration with customer on best practices. Cooperation between on-site and off-shore teams.

Skills and Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with full SAP project implementation cycle (analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and support). Experience in working with off-shore and international teams. Desire to work in an application maintenance and support environment. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent. Skills within SAP CRM Social Services. Knowledge of SAP-CRM-Service, SAP-CRM-Interaction Centre, SAP-CRM-Sales and CRM Middleware. Driver mind-set combined with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable. Good communication skills. Arabic speaking is a plus.
