SAP SNC CONSULTANT

SAP SNC CONSULTANT IS URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR A LONG-TERM CONTRACT WITH A MAJOR BLUE CHIP CLIENT.

KEY SKILLS

- Performing analytical activities and application maintenance and development tasks. Incorporating technical and operational requirements into IT solutions
- Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
- Defining system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements)
- Analyzing the technical and business environment (workplace, target systems and platforms, framework)
- Constructing models in terms of data, functions and/or objects
- Designing components and interfaces - Specification design and implementing interfaces

Setting up and maintaining environments for development and testing
- Implementing enhancements as per defined change management process for SNC platform
- Work on Authorization requests for new Roles or changes in existing Roles
- Create and maintain project documentation ( test, application, user manual)
- Developing or choosing the appropriate methods, techniques, standards, guidelines and tools for software development
- Interface with SAP developers to create program documents and ensure integrity of design performance
- Problem/incident management as per SLAs - Service Level Agreements and full life cycle system support
- Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- Knowledge of SAP SNC - minimum 2 years of experience
- cFolders knowledge would be beneficial
- Ability to process authorization requests for password changes and new users
- Experience with Core Interface Model (transfer of data from ERP to SNC) and ability to analyze and resolve related problems
- Understand the XI monitor and ability to analyze and resolve XML message related problems
- Understand the PROACT (Product activity and Inventory) Reports and be able to run on request
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- Experience with HPSM, HPALM tools is a plus
- Professional approach to responsibilities, a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to learn new technical concepts and systems. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Openness to work independently within assigned responsibilities
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) - business proficiency level
- Additional: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Economy
