SAP SMART METERING EXPERT

LANGUAGE: Ideally Dutch, English is acceptable
WORKLOAD: Part time until April, with a period of full time until go live is finished. Presence onsite is required during the start of the project and preferred in other phases.
CONTEXT
A Utilities company in Flanders is looking to integrate their stand-alone smart metering pilot into the full Back End landscape (ISU+CRM) for metering, billing and pre-payment. In this context we are looking to strengthen our existing ISU and CRM team with an expert smart metering profile in order to help challenge and define the implementation scope and approach; and bring some best practices and pitfalls from previous experiences. The expert should be able to quickly assess the customer's needs and current system in order to advice the project manager, solution architect and functional team.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in implementing SAP ISU and AMI processes
o AMI interface & services
o ISU AMI customizing
o Event processing
o Connection/disconnection
Knowledge of SAP ISU EDM is an asset
Knowledge of CRM for Utilities is an asset
Preferably 5 or more years of experience in ISU and smart metering processes
Skills
Good business acumen, able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
Innovative spirit
Team player
