- SAP Service Desk Manager
- SAP Service Delivery Manager
- SAP Application Support Team Lead
- Service Desk in supervisory capacity.
- Support of SAP applications
- ITIL best practices
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SAP Application Support Team Lead
- Train/Support members of SAP Support team
- Manage SAP Service desk
- Manage SAP Support
- Manage SAP Delivery Team
ABOUT THE COMPANY
The organisation is implementing SAP and requires an experienced SAP Service Desk Manager. The role is based in Ireland. The project is at very early stages so there is an opportunity for extension beyond the initial 6 months.
