SAP Service Desk Agent

Our customer is currently looking for a SAP Service Desk Agent for a one year contract based in Aalst, Belgium. The job specification is as follows:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- First level support for Key Users.
- Creating Training documents.
- Translating business needs to consultants.
- Give Training.
- Guarantee growth of Data Knowledge Base.
- Back up for key users..
- Intermediate between key users and consultants.

TASKS

- Help Key users via phone/mail in order to get problems solved.
- Assist Key users in communicating correctly towards consultant.
- Translate business issue into more technical SAP language.
- Follow up on going issues and guarantee minimum lead time.
- Assist consultants on problem solving.
- Provide necessary training manuals.
- Organize training sessions on new topics.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR A SUCCESSFUL FULFILLING OF THE FUNCTION (EDUCATION OR RELEVANT BY EXPERIENCE)

- SAP certified or min 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment

COMPETENCE PROFILE

- Good SAP experience (with preference different modules);
- Customer minded/problem solver.
- Willing to learn and share knowledge.
- Clear and direct communicator..
- Fluent English and French (Dutch is a +)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Details focused.
- Team player in multidisciplinary and international teams
- High affinity with computers systems and applications.

Traveling might be required occasionally.
