SAP Service Delivery Specialist (Post Go-Live)

My US Multinational Corp (MNC) client is looking for a SAP Service Delivery/Project Manager with an expertise in SAP Post Go-Live projects. They need someone with a strong knowledge of the day to day running of SAP and the involvement of a 3rd Party suppliers. This is not a SAP Implementation role but more SAP Service Delivery expertise is required.

IDEAL BACKGROUND, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Broad ERP experience (strong preference for SAP)
o Full (post go live) life cycle management of changes/enhancements from gathering requirements, managing design, development/Config, testing, release, transport and change management
o MNC/Global post-go live sustain (support) processes utilizing an offshore model
o Broad technical and functional knowledge of the SAP
o Minimum 8+ years of SAP Support and/or deployment experience, preferably within a global, multi-national environment
o Experience working in a multi-national company and/or a multi-cultural environment is highly desirable
o Experience in working with off-shore delivery models and teams
o Processes (PLM, ITIL)
o Good interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with business managers and users.
o Organizational, planning and coordination skills.
o Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in business
o High levels of enthusiasm and energy and works well in a multi-cultural team environment.

The role is for 4 months initially with a view to be extended into 2013 and the client will pay an attractive daily rate. Ideally you will be able to relocate for this contract role or travel back every 3-4 weeks as the location is remote in Munster, Ireland and travelling to and from Ireland will not be that easy on a weekly basis.
