Your Skills
- Program and project management to recognised standards eg PMI or equivalent
- Strong result driven attitude
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, science or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of SAP Functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Support, Development)
- Understanding of SAP Components and their relationship to each other (ERP, BW, PI, SRM, Portal, Industry Solutions)
- Capacity to think out of the box and to generate solutions
- Ability to deal with ambiguity within a changing environment and experience within a Matrix organizational structure
- Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- High integrity, work ethics and commitment
- Fluency in English language in addition to your mother language (Dutch/French) - both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly

Your Tasks
- Support the SAP Technical Manager in setting strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the organization.
- Define scope of the project, deliverables and detailed planning and schedule in agreement with IT strategy and business needs.
- Ensures that regular progress reports are produced for key stakeholders in agreed formats and as required
- Coordinate the IT activities (infrastructure, development, interfaces, system design, testing, data load, ) related to the SAP change initiatives that will be delivered by/together with the regional Centre-of-Excellence (IT Supply) ; eg SAP Archiving project, SAP Data Refresh tools and coordination, SAP Technical Upgrade
- Proactively manage changes in the project scope, identify potential issues and define contingency plans and mitigations
- Oversee approved project budgets to ensure timely reporting against plan.
- Ensure smooth transition from project to service delivery
- Ensure alignment between the release plan and the project implementation and play an active role in it.
