Role : SAP Security- GRC Consultant
Location - Basel-Zurich
Contract : 3-6 months Extendable
- 1st level Support ERP Security- Provides telephone and online (email) technical support for ERP end users and GRC Key users in the area of SAP security and GRC system support- Provides a positive support experience; identifies, prioritizes and communicates issue resolution over the phone.
- Performs follow-up assessment of previously resolved issues
- Provides reports and statistics about the technical support provided.
- Completion of basic user requests- Investigation, completion and solution to user ERP issues
- Creation and maintenance of user profiles in the ERP system- Contribute to Help Desk improvements- Other duties as required
