SAP SD/SAP FI Business Analyst - 18 month fixed term contract - global SAP implementation - end user environment
SAP SD/SAP FI Business Analyst required to join a global SAP implementation and deliver activities in the APAC region - Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Japan.
Deliverables;
*Documentation and maintenance of Regional Business Processes including Design requirements, process maps, key user training materials, presentations and minutes
*Support the Business Process Lead, Regional Solution Consultants and workshop participants in the identification and documentation of business requirements, scenarios, variances and procedures
*Support development of the scope documents for the Sales and Finance stream
*Support requirements/design workshop activities and general process understanding within the Sales and Finance stream
*Contribute to the identification of local workarounds within system or outside of system where the global solution cannot meet a local requirement
*Participate (as required) in Regional Functional and Integration testing effort
*Support and guide local user acceptance testing deliverables and activities
*Support the delivery of training to local countries as required, including preparation of training materials and delivery of training
*Support Data Management Lead/Team members to plan, prioritize and execute Data Management tasks/activities/deliverables (eg, data cleansing activities, data verification).
Key requirements/experience:
*BA experience in SAP SD or SAP FI modules
*Experienced Business Analyst who has strong hands on experience and excellent first-hand knowledge of Business Processes in a professional services environment:
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret key business information into detailed requirements, within a template environment
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group (Executives, Managers, SME's)
*Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in multiple activities simultaneously to meet project timelines
*Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team in a virtual environment (Global, Regional and Local teams)
*Willingness to travel and participate in conference calls in different time zones as required
*Previous large scale project experience in Asia Pacific countries is advantageous
The resource can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia.
