SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant/SAP R3/Analyst

Due to the need for additional resource to support SAP implementation projects within our client's EMEA Business Applications Group, a vacancy has arisen for a SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant.

Our client, are a global leader in the design, development, manufacture and sales of acrylics. It is the energy and driving force behind two of the world's best known contemporary material brands. 

As the SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant you will ensure the effective operation of the SAP R3 business application in support of the exploitation and development of SAP and the associated Sales and Distribution processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a detailed knowledge of the SAP R3 Sales and Distribution modules, including configuration skills, and the associated Business processes.

Working within the Business Applications Group you will be the technical and process expert for the Sales and Distribution aspects of the SAP R3 business application, carrying out problem/fault diagnosis and resolution to maximise the availability and efficiency of the system.  With an ability to identify system and process improvements, you will also lead the successful implementation of them.  Using your SAP configuration and process knowledge you will be able to analyse business requirements and manage the delivery of projects to meet these.

The role will be based in the UK (North East or North West), however, you must be willing and able to work at each of our business locations across Europe as required. To be successful in this role you will have strong influencing and communication skills and a high results orientation. You must also have experience of Project Management. 

Experience of working within an international manufacturing or supply chain environment would be an advantage.
