For one of our major end client in Geneva we are looking for SAP SD Retail consultant to help with the support phase.
Due to a high workload and activity peak, my client is looking for a Business Consultant in SAP SD Retail and/or SAP CRM for 3 months
Tasks:
* Provides 2nd level of support (Receives notifications for information, issues or requests) on SAP SD
* Answers the requests and solves the issues when appropriate
* Ensures issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
Your profile:
* Junior profile accepted (1 to 3 years)
* Knowledge of SAP SD in the Retail area
* SAP CRM is a plus
* Capacity to learn quickly and investigate transverse business flows
* Service-oriented, user-focused
* Organisation skills (evaluate impacts of changes, identify risks & solutions)
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Fluent in English and French, mastery of another European language is appreciated.
