Your Skills
- 50% Project Management
- 50% Functional lead of Commercial workstream (SD)
- Preferred past experience in Pharmaceutical industry

Your Tasks
- Prepare and manage the Deployment plan for Netherlands. Cohordinating a team of 3 consultants covering other functional areas.
- Support the execution of the Fit Gap activities on SD, collaborating with the Takeda Local team, BPR Core team and Takeda ISIT in the identification of the BPR Template fits, harmonization and required localizations.
- Define the solution for identified gaps in SD, in alignment with the BPR Core team.
- Deliver and support local team in the preparation of the required documentation: Local Design Papers, Local Process Flows, Local Configuration Documents, Local User Requirement Specifications, Local Functional Design Specifications, and Local System Configuration Documents (for customizing).
- Support Testing Center of Excellence in the identification and definition of the test cases required for the local deployment, and related required data.
- Align with the development team on the defined solution, required developments, and relevant test conditions.
- Support local team in data migration tasks on SD
- Lead the local deployment by defining the cutover plan, managing local training planning and execution and related communication.
