Your Skills
- Min 5 years experience in SAP consulting or Business Process Management
- Strong SAP SD, CS, MM Know How
- SAP architecture expertise
- + 5 years experience in After Sales Services
- Strong technical background (incl. SAP architectural topics)
- Experience in following branches: machine engineering or service facilities
- Experience in working with a global and intercultural project team in different zones and functions as well as external consultants
- Experience in orchestration of a global network of business experts and key-users
- Know How in Change management processes (CMP)

Your Tasks
- Take part in an ongoing SAP Rollout Project for Branches in USA
- Project management for process and solution development (ie Change Requests for USA Roll Out, Gaps from other roll-outs, Business Process Innovations)
- Support the orchestration of a global network of business experts and key-users
- Support all parties in order to improve their maturity level related to process discipline and solution usage in order to achieve their operational goals
- SPOC for Business Process Managers and Solution Managers forExisting Installations (After Sales)
- Coordinate existing Change Requests with all concerning stakeholders (developers, business, etc)
- Consult concerning SAP architecture and technical solution
- Define functional and technical specification of work packages and Change Management Processes
- Plan and assist testing sessions
- Update technical and end-user documentation (work instructions, manuals)
