SAP SD (MM) LEAD ANALYST - FRENCH SPEAKING - MONS, BELGIUM.
My client in Mons, Belgium is looking for an SAP SD Lead Analyst with working knowledge of SAP MM.
Knowledge & Skill
A strong background and proven track record of working with SAP in the Manufacturing industry Advanced knowledge of SAP SD and working knowledge of MM.
Strong SAP cross-functional & module knowledge
Knowledge of the following is very desirable:
Master Data, Customer, Pricing, Material, etc.
At least 8-10 year's SAP implementation and configuration experience
Previous team lead experience desired.
Main Responsibility
SAP Support - SD Primary, backup MM. Functional solution owner for EMEA SAP system. Direct the SAP team's day to day tasks. Liaise between the business and SAP IT Teams to resolve critical issues and prioritize tasks. Liaise with suppliers and support personnel in other regions to deliver EMEA changes. Perform SAP system configuration changes & testing. Ensure issues are followed up and issues are resolved within the agreed timeframe. Train and support super & end users. Train and support fellow IT team members. Ability to work with ABAP developers to resolve issues and develop new changes. Work with EMEA ERP Manager to plan future team structure and skills. Customer satisfaction rating from SAP users. Change request success. Availability KPI's. Interface with business customers to identify business priorities and objectives, while setting SAP priorities and objectives to meet business demand. Assist the business to evaluate possible SAP solutions for business issues/changes. Assist the business to log changes (business requirement or business case documents). Develop cost estimates and support the business in compiling their business cases, business requirements and change requests (CRs). Translate the incoming business requirements into understandable SAP functional specifications. Filter CRs and requirements specs ensuring the request is understood when provided to the IT Delivery teams.
Position Summary
Working closely with outsourcing partners and end users, this is a key role within the IT team, providing SAP functional support throughout EMEA. This senior role will also demonstrate excellent cross module functional knowledge and have lead SAP teams in the past. The resource will be the primary point of contact between the business users and the SAP team and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proven track record in implementing IT best practices, specifically in SAP systems is required to give guidance to both the IT and business users
French Speaking Assignment.
Start: 4th November 2013. 3 Month+ Contract.
