- Documenting Changes in Customizing
- Preparing and facilitating workshops in project mode or for changes
- Limited formatting of user manuals (in principle we have here for business analysts)
- Master data corrections: occasional LSMW execution
- EDI monitoring of error messages and control Customer Service
- Customizing: includes the full domain SD (order to cash)
