SAP SD Functional Analyust

SAP SD MM Informatica HP Quality Center. With the project, a single client SAP system will be implemented for (the current Galaxy environment is a single instance/multi-client platform running on SAP ECC6). The Finance setup in the new single client will be redesigned/harmonized for all EMEA countries. The logistics setup for each country will be migrated to the new single client.

We are looking for a medior SD consultant for supporting the rollout with go-live date May 2014. His/Her task will be:

- Analysing the current business flows
- Analyse the impact on the current flows due to a new financial setup and the move to a SAP client on which multiple countries are working
- Write functional specifications in DocSpace
- Prepare technical hand-over to the offshore ABAP team
- Customize the flows
- Write test scripts in HP Quality Center
- Execute test scripts in HP Quality Center
- Issue solving during testing
- Provide post-golive support

The consultant will be assigned to a rollout with several senior consultants. He/she needs to be able to work independently on smaller tasks.

Required skills:

- SALES AND DISTRIBUTION KNOWLEDGE:

Good knowledge of Order to Cash process in particular and Supply Chain processes in general.

Good knowledge of the SAP SD module (Order processing - Delivery processing - Billing) and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and FI modules. 3 to 5 years SD configuration Experience.

- FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS: Ability to analyse existing OTC solutions and document them in functional specifications. Prepare and hand-over/discuss development requests to an offshore technical team
- TESTING AND ISSUE SOLVING Ability to translate functional and technical designs in appropriate test scripts and identify test cases to test the solution. Execute testing with precision, analyse issues and propose a solution.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: Good knowledge on ABAP coding and able to berform debugging independently. (Preferably someone that has ABAP experience).
- INTERFACING Experience with interfacing to external systems (EDI/file/IDOC transfer) for orders, deliveries, invoices, warehouse integrations and flows between SAP systems
- PROJECT EXPERIENCE Communication and collaboration skills.

EXCELLENT knowledge of English (verbal and writing) required

Experience in project work in a team, work against a project plan with milestones.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the EMEA region. Knowledge of the Dutch and French language is a plus
- Experience with working in a virtual team and collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.APO knowledge for supporting global ATP check.
- Knowlegde of the SAP cross system flow of goods solution
- Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
- Tool knowledge: testing tool HP Quality Center, data migration tool Informaticata, documentation tool DocSpace

This is a full time assignment (40h - 5d/week) with possible extension to project end (2015). The consultant should be at least prepared to finalize the rollout (end may 2014).
