SAP SD/CRM Business Analyst

Our client requires the expertise of an SAP SD/CRM Business Analyst for an initial 11 month contract based in Melbourne.

This is a great chance to be part of a fantastic project and really develop your SAP SD and CRM skills. Joining a team of Functional Consultants and other Business Analysts you will be responsible for gathering the business requirements for the design and development, UAT testing, user training and assisting through the deployment of the SAP solution.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Provide specialist business process guidance to SAP software consultants and other members of the project team.
Mapping processes to SAP functionality and co-ordination with the SAP Technical/Integration team to develop enhancements, reports and interfaces.
Co-ordinate with the SAP Change Management team to develop operational and training documentation for SAP, and contribute to the training effort for the assigned business process area.
Effective and ongoing involvement in the collection, cleanse and load of master data into SAP
Support the deployment and cutover activities for SAP, including site preparations, testing (including regression), training, data conversion and validation, and other activities required to implement SAP.
Co-ordinate process improvements and change management in consultation with business units and project change management.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business process stakeholders in a cross functional environment.

You will be required to co-ordination with other business analysts and the integration and data migration team to support the design, build, test and deployment of system integration and data migration for the SAP implementation project.

To be successful in this role you will need at least 5 years of SAP SD/CRM experience, with at least 2 SAP implementation projects under your belt, along with a minimum of 4 years experience in a Business Analyst role.
