Assist Customer Service through the LIFE CYCLE OF NEW SAP FUNCTIONALITIES IMPLEMENTATION.

DEVELOP new processes based on SAP standard solutions

Delivery of ASSESSMENT, GAP ANALYSIS VERSUS TEMPLATE, CUSTOMIZING, FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, UNITARY AND INTEGRATED TESTS, KEY USER TESTS MANAGEMENT, TRAINING DELIVERY, CHANGE MANAGEMENT GUIDANCE, CUTOVER AND GO-LIVE SUPPORT.

Strong knowledge of SALES and distribution:

- SD sales and billing DOCUMENTS management.
- SD PRICING.
- SD FORMS MANAGEMENT.
- Strong integration with MM, LE, CS, PM, FICO, RETAIL, DEVELOPMENT AND PI teams.
- B2B/B2C EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
- Ability to DEBUG programs to perform analysis.
- Open minded LEARNING A NEW BUSINESS AREA.
- Adaptable personality and a QUICK LEARNER.
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel.
- ENGLISH is mandatory.
