Our client is a leading Australian icon, with a broad and diverse portfolio of services provided to the marketplace.
Due to an internal promotion, they are requiring the services of an SAP Remuneration & Benefits (Rem & Ben) Advisor.to assist in a number of key areas in payroll including redundancy, taxables and salaries.

To be successful in this contract role, you will have substantial Australian SAP Payroll experience, ideally worked with high volume, fast paced payroll environments, be flexible and adaptable to ever-changing situations, and above all have a real determination to get the job done and think outside the box .
You will have ideally have worked in end-to-end SAP payroll positions previously, but at least have experience as an SAP key user, and have a good attitude towards working collaboratively within a team.

This role is not a standard payroll position, we are looking for a real SAP Guru! Someone that has redundancy experience and can add real value to the payroll division would be ideal. You will have calculated payments, understand EBA s, worked in large HR/payroll teams and have a real ability to communicate cross functionally and build stakeholder engagement.
