SAP Release Manager

SAP RELEASE MANAGER

We are seeking SAP release managers to coordinate user provisioning on Xpower and non-Xpower systems for Xpower resources (external and AF/KL resources based in Amsterdam-Netherlands.

Task:

- Coordinate authorization issues for Xpower resources (assist on setting up POCs, missing authorizations etc.)
- Coordinate authorization issues and Powercenter transports for data migration team.
- Arrange (on request) developer keys for Xpower developers
- Arrange (on request) S-user for Xpower resources
- Coordinate the design and build of required IT and FAM roles (non-business roles) for all Xpower systems.
- Provision test users with relevant authorizations for Xpower implementation projects for all Xpower systems.
- Coordinate topics related to SAP Basis (SAP client strategy, etc.)
- Coordinate communication on (non)Xpower system availability (system outage etc.)
- Coordinate ABAP review of programming delivered by IBM.
- Assist in/perform cutover (from DEV to ACC and from ACC to PRD) scenarios and cutover activities.
- Internal AF/KL Single Point of Contact for Xpower transport management
- Assist in SAP support; provide users on Xpower systems for SAP support
- Align set-up and maintenance of development, test, training and production systems with Xpower Infra and Data Migration teams, SAP Operations, AF&KL Middleware departments and Support teams of Legacy systems.
- Handle errors in the standard software (SAP ECC and HCL iMRO) with the suppliers of the software (for example via OSS).
- (Partly) coordinate usage of solution documentation in Solman.

KNOWLEDGE

- KL and AF organization
- Basic SAP authorization concept (incl. HANA, Fiori, ABAP, PI)
- Basic SAP Basis (SAP Operations, SAP Infra)
- SAP Solution Manager (solution documentation, Charm)
