DESCRIPTION:

Sperry Partners Group is urgently looking for an experienced SAP REFX Consultant for a new implementation project in Saudi Arabia/India.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Strong experience in SAP REFX End to end implementation experience is must. Knowledge in the following areas:
- Strong knowledge in Real Estate Search, Contract Management, Condition Adjustment, Space Management, Rent management, Lease Management, Service Charge Settlement
- Integration with FICO, MM, PM and CRM
- Good knowledge regarding ASAP methodology
- Should play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP REFX Module.
- Should work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems.
- Should work on requirement gathering, design, configure, test, and implement changes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP REFX business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort.
- Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP REFX business processes
- Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live
- Documenting all aspects of the SAP REFX implementation (eg business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction. Provides input and assistance to other IT projects related to ERP if required. Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.

SAP Experience:

- Should have experience of 9+ years in SAP
- Should have very good experience in playing Functional subject matter expert in SAP REFX business processes
- At least 4 full life cycle implementation of SAP REFX
- SAP REFX Certification is an advantage
- Lead a team as well as BBP workshop
