SAP QM/PP CONSULTANT - 6+ WEEKS, THE NETHERLANDS

GLOBAL ENTERPRISE PARTNERS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SAP QM/PP CONSULTANT, TO JOIN A LARGE GLOBAL ORGANISATION IN THE NETHERLANDS.

Our client in Sassenheim, The Netherlands, is looking for an SAP QM/PP (Quality Management/
Production Planning) Consultant to support two small projects, to implement QM functionality for RAW Materials.

TASKS OF SAP QM/PP CONSULTANT;

- Implement the SAP QM functionality needed to automatically create inspection lots at good receipt for CoA relevant materials.
- Implement SAP QM stability study to track and examine how different environmental conditions (for example, temperature, brightness, moisture) affect a compound, a material, or a batch over a specified period of time. This replaces the manual solution in place (Excel) that has limited capabilities and is error sensitive.
- Implementing this functionality ensures meeting IATF certificate regulations.
- Implementing SAP Stability study to standardize the material management process for all material managed inside the warehouse, to ensure the traceability of all components provided by the warehouse.
- Implementing SAP Stability study to reduce the inventory discrepancies (MME) for all components and empower the production unit on their stock management (by making people accountable of the stock consumption).

ROLE

- Gather/validate detailed business requirements.
- Create Functional designs and support the ABAP resource during build.
- Execute and/or support the configuration of processes.
- Validate the build of components and conduct unit testing.
- Execute system integration testing and follow up on defects.
- Support UAT together with application manager follow up on defects.
- Support key user training together with application manager.
- Creation of key user training material.
- Give support during go live and after go live (after care support).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS OF SAP QM/PP CONSULTANT;

- 3 OR MORE YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN SAP QM/PP (QUALITY MANAGEMENT/PRODUCTION PLANNING)
- SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT IN OWN AREA OF EXPERTISE FOR BOTH BUSINESS CONTENT AND APPLICATION PROCESS
- EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND LOGICAL SKILLS WITH A CLEAR EYE FOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE AND CONFLICTING PRIORITIES
- FLEXIBLE IN APPROACH TO TASKS AND PRIORITIES
- STRONG COMMUNICATOR, WITH THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND LIAISE WITH PEOPLE FROM ALL LEVELS OF THE BUSINESS, ACROSS COUNTRIES
- CAPABLE OF ENGAGING IN, AND COMFORTABLE WITH, DETAILED PROCESS AND CROSS APPLICATION SYSTEMS ISSUES

- DURATION: 6+ weeks, with possible extension
- LOCATION: Sassenheim, The Netherlands
- RATE: competitive, depending on experience
