SAP QM/EHS Functional Specialist

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

SAP QM/EHS FUNCTIONAL SPECIALIST

to support the Implementation of SAP QM & EHS solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- UNDERSTAND & ANALYZE THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS TO EVALUATE HOW BEST TO USE STANDARD SAP SOLUTIONS
- Analyze and evaluate how best to translate & adopt the SAP QM & EHS PROCESSES AND DEVELOPMENTS into our client's environment.
- Translate business requirements into solution SPECIFIC DETAILED  DESIGNS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Bring solutions expertise in specific applications or modules
- Define, document and execute CONFIGURATION SPECIFICATIONS as well as FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS for RICEFW
- Liaise with development teams to estimate and plan delivery of developments
- Define, document and execute DETAILED TEST SCRIPTS
- EXECUTION OF TEST SCRIPTS in area of expertise and responsible for resolution of test failures in collaboration with     technical teams

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

At least 2 years' experience and deep level of understanding in the configuration and setting up of SAP EHS SUBSTANCE MANAGEMENT for the purpose of storing:

Product/Substance Specifications
Technical and User Manuals (multiple regions and multiple languages)
Integration to MM, PP and QM - Good understanding of QM relating to QM notifications, QM Inspections through the supply chain and QM configuration. 
- Strong skills in debug ABAP code
- Very strong  stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English 

This is a contract position, with an international client, to start ASAP and would run until the end of 2014 in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausane.

Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
