Projektbeschreibung
MONTASH HAVE BEEN APPROACHED BY A LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY TO ON-BOARD QEM CONSULTANT IN BASEL FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.
OBJECTIVE:
The QEM (Quality Exceptions Management) Planning Project will provide the inputs required to determine the key deliverables and overall project requirements for the Single QEM project execution.
BENEFITS/RATIONALE:
The planning project will support the RFP process for application selection to support a harmonized QEM system.
It will enable the development of a proof of concept (POC) that will be the foundation of the development activities to be performed during the execution of the QEM system.
This project will align with and support the QM harmonization including GOPs and related business process maps
BACKGROUND
Due to the transformation of the existing Quality organization, Quality management together with Quality IT developed a new Quality IT strategy in Q2/Q3 2016, which includes a mandate for process and system harmonization
The new system must meet GxP ISRM requirements and integration capabilities to other IT systems and business processes inside and outside the organization.
The new QEM system will be used by 67 manufacturing sites, all Country Organizations, and approximately 1'200 suppliers/partners managed by External Supply Organization (ESO).
The new QEM system should provide state-of-the art mobility and analytics capabilities.
The requested resource should meet following requirements:
SOFT SKILLS FOCUS:
Strong Project management skills
Strong communication skills
TECHNOLOGY SKILL FOCUS:
Several QM tools in use.
