1) The role is a combination of setting up what is needed to change in the RO program and coaching to make it happen; to have impact good experience/seniority required
2) Setting up the program and coaching the employees

1) Solman, release management, testing, documentation
2) coaching
3) English speaking project
Desirable/Beneficial skills
1) SAP
Location is Antwerp (Belgium) however there is the possibility of working remote 50% of the time.
