SAP Project Manager - French Speaking

SAP Project Manager Needed

ROLE DESCRIPTION
* IS functional experts, in charge of functional business requirements. IT team, in charge of delivery (specification, customization and ABAP development). Key-users in charge of user acceptance tests

He will have to:
w Organize the pre-study of the project and deliver the associated deliverables (clear scope, detailed planning and costing)
w Organize project and drive the full team involved in the project
w Reserve, confirm and mobilize all project team to involve (incl. IS&T, business, Finance & Supply chain Efficiency)
w Manage the project (scope control, overall schedule, issues resolution, risks mitigation, costs control, capacity plan, problem solving) aligned with methodology and quality objectives from the pre-study start to the project closure
w Manage the coordination with IS&T team and Business team involved on the project and pre-study
w Communicate to project team and keep the team motivated
w Confirm and manage budget and planning for project in line with confirmed scope agreed with IS&T and business
w Manage capacity on IS&T team for his projects portfolio
w Communicate to steering committee and to all executive managers
w Organize Go/No-Go and set-up support organization during Go-live guaranty
w Drive and control Mock conversion, Dry-run and UAT execution (incl. issues resolution)
w Lead cutover plan execution (incl. issues resolution and daily wrap-up meeting)
w Organize solution handover to IS&T support team
w Manage scope control and scope change approval by steering committee

2. Expected skills - Knowledge of the Refresh IT Solution software

Technical skills:
o Experience in the management of SAP projects
o Experience as SAP functional consultant (logistic modules with a strong integration with CO finance)
o Expert in project management
o Ability to collect and consolidate information,
o Good knowledge of Excel ( Macro", "tableau croisé dynamique", ...).
- Management skills and soft skills

o Consultant with more than 10 years of experience:
§ 5 years as SAP project manager
§ 5 ans as SAP functional consultant
o Knowledge of the different steps of a project and of data migration
o Strong capacity to analyze issues, autonomy, synthetical mind,
o Proactive
o Very good communication skills (oral and written communication)
o Listening skills and ability to work within a team,
o Very good knowledge of English (international project team, meetings in English, documentation in English, .)
o Very strong involvement
o Good business acumen
o Ability to discuss with the business
