SAP Project Manager for PM (Plant Maintenance)

SAP Project Manager for the PM (Plant Maintenance) Structural Inspection Programme for a leading Energy company in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Project scope:

- Project scope = BoP Structural Inspections on Offshore wind farms
- Plan and facilitate WP Operation's (section of Wind Power organisation) maturity journey towards standardised and best industry practise (ISO 17359, ISO 55001) supported by a module in SAP called PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Key focus areas (provide process/system support for):
- Asset integrity of BoP structural inspections (what to inspect (above/below water), how to inspect (methods/technics/data to collect), what specific BoP foundations on the different Offshore windfarms in Denmark, UK and Germany.
- Budget/planning/execution/controlling of the agreed yearly scope of BoP structural inspections
- Transparency (1 to 1) from the asset integrity all the way to execution, and collecting of the measuring data from the structural inspections.
- Create the foundation for further future maturing and standardisation in 2017 by introducing CBM (Condition Based Maintenance).
- Monthly project steering committees meetings/status, and reporting to OMI Programme (this project is part of Operations and Maintenance Improvement programme)

Primary tasks:

- Be a strong "driver" and PM ensuring the planned "maturing" of WP Operations towards become standardised and using best industry practise covering:
- All involved parties in Back Office (asset integrity, finance) sites and subcontractors
- Create a common "AS-IS" picture (incl. pains/challenges)
- Crete a common "TO-BE" picture (challenges) and input to organisation, resources/competences, IT-support (SAP/iPad etc.)
- Create the new updated business processes in QUBE
- Manage/plan the use of project subcontractors (we have one core company "AVT" UK-based) providing knowledge and best practice incl. 8-step model (supporting ISO 17359).
- Define and implement financial transparency on 2016 BoP Structural Inspections (processes, cost model, SAP, budget, controlling).
- Organisational change management in an unmature organisation with resistance to change is key.
- Strong drive is essential.
- English is the only language required.
