SAP Project Manager - Dutch Speaking

Our client requires an SAP Project Manager - Dutch Speaking

Job Requirements:

Assesses the submitted project idea and consult with the client regarding the desired changes, within the guidelines of the project approach, resulting in the formulation and approval of the Project Brief by the client;
Translates the receipted Project Brief, within the requirements and wishes of the client, in order to lay to start the project the project;
Controls and monitors the implementation of the project, within the framework of the project approach to this customer, in order to achieve the end result of the project;
Coordinates/directs the (daily) activities of employees, in accordance with the guidelines applicable to the project, in order to realize the project progress and quality of the production and/or services;
Evaluates the perform and implemented projects, in accordance with the agreements in the Project Brief, in order to deliver the project results to the client;
Depending on the size of the project (operational) leading 6-15 Project managers and project staff;
Initiates and sends a project with a bank-wide impact on the regular (line) organization, (IT) investments, involvement of multiple business units and may spanning multiple domains;
Maintains contacts and contracts with both internal and external parties at the tactical and operational level.
Maintains contact with during the project-related and/or relevant departments, disciplines and internal staff, stakeholders and external organizations.
Consults with the project leader and project staff about the activities to be carried out in the various sub-projects and the quality of the staff.
Makes arrangements for employee development and tailors the work;
Have contacts with colleagues from other business units and disciplines on bank-wide activities to perform and meet the contractual quality requirements, staffing levels, budget and project structure.

Profile:

HBO/WO project with 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of business principles, marketing, Planning Control, Human Resources, Risk Management, Facility Management
Knowledge of standard project approach to banking, project management, change management.

You must be fluent in Dutch.
