SAP PROJECT MANAGER/SAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT/
Marlin Green is urgently looking for an SAP PROJECT MANAGER for one of our international clients in Luxembourg.
We are urgently looking for an SAP PROJECT MANAGER with the following skills:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large scale implementation projects to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed budget, timescale and quality.
- Guide the team(s) in charge of project activities and review their deliverables
- Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed baseline.
- Monitor costs, timelines and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors
- Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven success on multiple, enterprise-scale SAP implementation projects.
- In depth knowledge of SAP architecture, design and development to enable review of the project team's work and guidance as appropriate.
- In depth experience of the entire Software Development life cycle, delivering functionality on time, on budget and to meet business needs
- Good planning and organisational skills, including ability to engage with multiple
- projects concurrently and work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in resource planning, including analysing requirements, resource estimation and allocation
- Excellent in team leadership and team-based problem solving skills. Negotiate resolution of issues and conflict management. Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
- Results driven, and able to collaborate with management and colleagues to share the responsibilities for achieving an end-to-end solution for customers. Strong attention to detail which ensures that customer requirements are met and that a high quality standard is achieved.
