We are looking for an experienced SAP PROJECT MANAGER who has global project based experienced as well as the ability to work within a MATRIX ENVIRONMENT (pooled resources). This is an initial 6 month contract + possible extensions based in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

KEY CONSULTANT CRITERIA:

- Minimum of 7 years SAP Project Management experience
- Previous project delivery management of system integration projects is essential (minimum 5 years - preference is for SAP).
- Demonstrated experience on leading change within a business
- Ability to work within a global team
- Good understanding of project activities including technical and Middleware functionality.
- Actively managing project team resources to make sure the project maximises opportunities and minimises threats to the proposed solution and outcomes
- Forward looking to identify risks and initiate mitigating activities to avoid issues
- Demonstrated understanding of project management methodology
- Understanding of project related controls and scope management
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including building relationships and ability to interact with key stakeholder within all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work within a Matrix organisation, ie experience working with pooled resources including offshore delivery teams
