scope of work: SAP Global template rollout

role of consultant: Need to be a good communicator and be able to lead and manage a small team (largely offshore) and manage the integration points with the other functional areas. Project is now in test phase so requirements is to manage procurement scenarios/test defects and data migration objects, cutover the solution and provide post go-live support.
