Scope of Tasks:

Customer is in process of Implementing SAP NLM solution for their Networks Planning and Operations department.

The scope is limited to SAP NLM - only with objective to replace their Legacy in-house systems. The core SAP solution is driven by SAP PPM, PS, C-Folder, as in any Telco environment. The consultant must be knowledgeable and experienced in similar Telco implementations to review the Design and structure based on PPM/PS and C Folder with integration to Finance, Materials Management, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance. The customer volumes and process complexities are huge considering their maturing on existing Legacy systems with high expectations from this SAP BBP QA review. They expect the consultant to review the BBPs prepared by the SAP partner and have an objective on-site discussions with the customers Key Users identifying the areas of improvement within the BBPs based on Telco Best Practices. The consultant is expected to produce a report on BBP QA with recommendations and suggested improvement at the end of the engagement.

The BBPs are structured and segregated as per the following Telco work streams:
1) Mobile
2)Fixed
3) Core
4) Transport
5) NSS
6) Dismantling
7) IBB
8) R&D

You will be expected to start on a remote basis from the 23rd November, and on site in Riyadh by the 30th November.
