SAP PPM, CATS, cProject Specialist - Switzerland.
Our client is currently looking for a SAP PPM and CATS specialist for a 12-month project in Switzerland.
You will be in a functional-technical role in the design, construct & support of a SAP PPM solution using development skills when required.
The candidate will be providing mainly expertise in the area of project and resource management (PPM cProject) and time management (CATS).
The candidate will be involved in Design and Construction activities as well as support/Support activities.
You will also provide functional and technical competence and experience in SAP PPM modules (RPM, cProject) and CATS with a special focus on Time and Resource management.
PPM cProject, HR integration and CATS expertise is a must.
As SAP PPM and CATS Specialist, you will perform the following Design and Construction activities:
Specify, design build optimal technical solution to meet specified business requirements while keeping the overall NPDI solution as simple as possible.
Help the team to leverage from standard 5.0 PPM and CATS functionality to serve new expressed business requirements.
Ensure optimal integration between SAP PPM solution and the relevant SAP components (HR, CATS, accounting and other relevant interfaces).
Support activities are mainly related to:
Analyze and resolve technical issues and bugs within 3rd level support
Web Dynpro ABAP, ABAP Objects, BAPI (BOR), Classical ABAP (Module Pool, Reports, DDIC), BAdI and User-Exit
Configuration experience of CATS 4.7 enterprise (incl. HR Integration)
Good technical knowledge of the Interfaces between PPM and CATS and HR
3+ years Full time hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP PPM from 4.0 onwards with strong cProject knowledge
Good knowledge on how to implement resource management with SAP PPM solution
Good general understanding of the functionalities of SAP PS (esp. planning, budgeting and actual postings to WBS elements along with relevant reporting)
