SAP PP/QM (Dutch Speaking )

Overall:

- Experienced SAP PP, PM, QM Consultant with 5-8 years of IT and Preferable Consumer Goods Industry experience
- Thorough knowledge of SAP PP, PM & QM Modules with integration expertise - SD, FI/CO, MM etc.
- Implementation experience of no less than 3 full life cycle projects, besides extensive background in production support and testing of SAP PP, PM and QM modules.
- Rich experience in all aspects of project work: Requirement gathering, design, Configuration, unit testing, Integration testing, Documentation, Data Conversion/Migration, End user Support and Training.
- Hands on experience in gathering business requirements, business process analysis, GAP analysis, Delivering SAP solutions.
- Provide Go-Live and Post-Go-Live support and perform production support consultant role.

SAP Specific:

- Good knowledge of PP (and PP-PI) Master recipes, PI sheets, Capacity Scheduling, Capacity planning, Long Term Planning, Sales & operation planning.
- Hands on experience in QM module: In process inspection, Basic data like defining catalogs, inspection characteristics (MICs), sampling procedures, Inspection plan, Inspection lot creation, result/defect recording, Quality notification and certificates.
- Hand on experience in PM module, ie corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, refurbishment of repairable spares and external services. Understanding PM business process and preparing Maintenance Plans (Time based and Performance based), Master data maintenance - Equipment Master, Functional Locations and Work Centers.
- Hands on experience in implementing user exits & BADIs.
- Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like SD, CO, MM.
- Proficient in LSMW, SAP queries
- Knowhow of BODS
- Dutch (important)
- Fluent English
