Full job description

Role Description (Scope & Responsibilities)
- Support key users in the As-Is business processes documentation
- Support key users in the business processes redesign to facilitate the adoption of the XXX template

solution presented by functional experts
- Coordinate Manufacturing area with other supply chain corporate systems
- Coordinate Manufacturing integration with Factory local systems
- Coordinate and report on BIT tests execution (optional)
- Coordinate development of Smart forms including writing the specification (if required)
- Support BIT preparation and execution
- Support issues resolution during the BIT execution
- Support cutover preparation and execution
- Support issues resolution during the nurturing phase"

Mandatory Skills/Experience
- SAP PP-PI and LE Modules
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing processes (preferably in Pet Food)
- Goods adaptation skills
- Good ability to act in a complex and uncertain environment
- Good ability to work in an international environment within a multicultural team
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good project coordination skills
- Goods reporting skills
- Good experience of the business processes of SAP PP-PI and MM modules
- Mobile across Europe about one week out of two"

Mandatory Level of Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the required module with track record.

Optional Skills/Experience
- Cutover planning and execution experience (not essential but preferred)
- BIT (UAT) planning and execution experience (not essential but preferred)

Expected Soft Skills
Communication is a very important part of the role as the analyst role. There needs to be lots of questioning and drive the functional area of responsibility to deliver the tasks on time. With this the mindset and interpersonal skills become important. Candidate needs to have a good control of English as local user' English may not be so strong.

I also expect the candidate to be able to work remotely without direct supervision, so therefore he/she needs to be self driven and still deliver towards the agreed tasks."

Work Environment/Team Culture
Most of the team has worked together before, therefore they know each other very well. This will reflect on the closeness of the team as well as the way they joke with each other etc I would expect the person to be able to step into this environment and become part of the team.
Work environment can be close as well, but it needs to maintain the professionalisms. So the candidate needs to be able to show how he/she can adapt their style.

Additional Information
The role we are looking to fill is full time and will require frequent travel to XXX Factory in Austria, just outside Vienna. Travel frequency will change depending on the phase of the project and it will average around 3 weeks out of 4 weeks. During the cutover and go-live there is also an expectation to be on site for more than 7 days and working at the weekend. During the first couple weeks of go-live to be able to support the factory there can also be some shift working to cover up to 24 hours support for Business.
