SAP PM MM Expert

My client, an international name is searching for an SAP functional PM MM expert with more than 6 years of

- Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Material & Inventory Management (MM)
- Purchasing of industrial goods and services (MM)

Note that only candidates who are able to support all of the above modules will be evaluated by the client.

In this role you will be required to possess:

- Deep knowledge and a minimum 5 years experience in SAP ECC6 on several SAP modules: PM, MM,
- Basic knowledge of SAP BW
- Knowledge of integration and potential impacts with PS and FI/CO modules

Candidates will be required to provide Level 3 Support to end users when the Level 2 support team cannot process an incident, Work with incident management tool and promote coaching rather than intensive interventions in production system while ensuring knowledge transfer to Level 2 Support. Candidates will also be involved with Projects and enhancements.

The main objective is to:

- Analysis of the request with different business representatives (Users, Key Users, Organization & Method Manager)
- Definition of evolution perimeter to avoid undesired side-effects and to keep a global business model
- Design of a solution maximizing the use of SAP standard functionalities and minimizing in-house specific developments while checking consistency with existing model
- Customizing (including the maintenance of structural data) and if needed, writing functional specifications for development
- Testing
- Transferring knowledge to Business Support team and preparing go-live support plan with them
- Delivering all necessary documentation and use the evolution management tools
- Update critical processes in Solution manager if needed
- Particular attention should be given to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

You will also be involved in the Ongoing development of technical skills (new SAP functionalities, Business Process and Organization) is critical in staying competitive.

In terms of deliverables you will be required to produce:

- Periodic progress report to the Process Experts
- Project reports (if applicable) for projects status reports with other project leaders
- Technical documentation and procedures

Knowledge of one of these SAP modules is a plus: IM/PS, QM, WM

Knowledge of APO is also a plus.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FLUENT ENGLISH AND FRENCH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN LANGUAGE SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS. DUTCH WOULD BE A BONUS.
