SAP Portals Consultant

Our global client are looking for a Technical medior/expert in SAP Portal Systems, who is able to maintain the current SAP Portal, manage its evolution and integrate the support for framework, portal technologies and devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop, etc.) This implies supporting business processes in a highly regulated environment and complex landscapes and strong collaboration with operations teams, SAP BC team and different IT functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical expertise in the area of SAP Portal implementations

- Maintenance of the SAP Portal Landscape
- SAP Portal evolution proposal/evaluation/deployment (develop new ideas, test/validate alternative framework, etc.)
- Analyse functional requirements, design and implement adequate technical solutions
- Realise configuration and customisation tasks
- Support and improve existing solutions, including upgrades
- Integration with non-SAP Portal
- Maintaining and supporting internal and external facing portals
- Enable and support multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop, etc.)
- Assess the result of WAST (Web Application Security Testing) and put in place mitigation actions

Project Management

- Planning realisation and follow up, budget definition and follow up
- Documentation and testing activities according to the client's IT project methodology
- Interactions with several technical and functional partners

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in different SAP Portal Platforms and Technologies, with functional analysis and technical implementation
- Experience as Project Coordinator
- Knowledge of SAP Portal content, OBN, FPN Portal model
- Knowledge on Cloud solutions, non-SAP portal integration and portal securisation is an advantage
- Languages: Fluent English and French
