SAP Portal consultant - 3-6 months Rolling - Beverwijk, The Netherlands

The Client:-

A large scale consultancy (FTSE 500) is currently looking for a SAP NetWeaver Portal consultant for a 3 month rolling contract in Beverwijk, The Netherlands to be the central person in the SAP NetWeaver Portal project.

Role:

Advise and even persuade stakeholders at various levels about proposed technical solutions taking into account, policy, guidelines and emerging technologies.

You will be responsible for a good technical realization of the SAP Netweaver portal solutions, in collaboration with third parties and you are able to fulfil different roles depending on the situation (developer, quality inspector, consultant, innovator).

Candidate:-

Essentials:

Strong experience in SAP Portal technologies, SAP Netweaver version 7.0 and preferably SAP Netweaver 7.3/7.4.
Experience with implementing and configuring SAP NetWeaver Portal Business Packages (EhP2 and higher).
Experience with JAVA/J2EE, JSP

Desirable:

Knowledge of and experience with SAP UEX strategy and SAPUI5 is definitely a plus.
Knowledge of standard web technologies and standards like XML, XSL, SOAP.
Knowledge of application architecture.
Interest in using new tools or technologies related to Internet based solutions and integrated technology.

Rate:-

€350 - €600 per day
