SAP PM Project Manager with Dutch or French Language

Next Ventures is currently looking for a SAP PM Project manager for a role based in Brussels.

Scope:

The objective of this mission is to offer a uniform integrated solution for carrying out all maintenance work for all specialties within Asset Management. The solution must support all technical disciplines in the long term.

The role:

Management (work preparation, execution and confirmation) of preventive & corrective maintenance

Support from the RIOC regarding the execution of incidents and malfunctions for maintenance

Mobile support for the execution of maintenance works (Integration Mobile technology)

Maintenance works arise from measurements by the measurement train (Integration measurement trains) and the various monitoring platforms (Integration monitoring platform)

Integration with Financial Controlling for the follow-up of maintenance costs (personnel, materials, tools and specific resources used such as denominations)

Integration with Supply chain for the reservation of the necessary materials (whether or not serialized) for the execution of maintenance works

Integration with HR for personnel data, leave planning, schedules etc.

Managing the necessary reporting for follow-up and adjustment of maintenance

Controlling data cleansing & loading (extraction, purification and loading of data) for the specified pilots

Defining, implementing the necessary Interfaces

Required Skills:

At least 9 years experience with SAP as a functional consultant in SAP PM and with the Customizing of the SAP PM modules

9 years of experience with the integration with PS, MM, SD, FI, CO

4 years experience with Asset Management

6 years of experience with the use of technical assistance from SAP: OSS notes

Furthermore, an excellent knowledge of:

MS Office (6 years experience)

Solution Manager (SolMan) (6 years experience)

Visio and MS Projects (3 years experience)

Mobile applications (3 years experience)

You are a team player and have 9 years of experience in people Management

You have business knowledge Maintenance processes with ERP implementations Public sector (9 - 7 years experience)

Start date: Immediate

Languages: English and (Dutch or French)

Location: Brussels

Duration: 8 months

Rate: Euros 550
