Job description:

* Maximizing the adoption of new processes and tools at the technical teams in the field
* Ensure that there is correct feedback to the central project team regarding necessary adjustments needed in processes, data and SAP PM solution.
* Guiding the trainers, the key and end users and their management in the change process that this project entails.
* Organize local support to business people both in the use of different SAP applications and in applying best practices and work instructions in the field of Asset Management
* Planning, organizing and giving UAT (User acceptance testing) and training to key and end users.
* Act as a contact point and contact person between the people on the site and the project
* Formulating and documenting business cases and/or work instructions for change requests, As Is and To Be analyzes
* Logistic planning of the necessary training sessions, both locally and centrally
* Management of all project communication to the field concerning UAT (user acceptance testing), training, go-lives (s), roadshows, etc. Management of the sharepoint project for communication and training
* Logistic planning (provided with training materials, reservation of premises, etc.)
* Smarter-M support at the level of the areas and arrondissements

Final Deliverable (2018: SI, TRACKS, PDST)

* Support planning Go-lives and Roll Outs
* Training and communication planning
* Training material for UAT and training for the project
* Maintenance project sharepoint
