Key skills
Minimum of 7 years SAP experience:
* Thorough knowledge of the Sap PM/EAM module both functionally and technically
* Customizing of the SAP PM/EAM module
* Knowledge of the SAP Maintenance solution within the Railways
* Experience with integration with Finance, Supply, HR, PS, ...
* Experience with Mobile applications is a plus
* Experience with Solution Manager
* Experience with LSMW, IDOCs processing

Responsibilities:
Scope
Existing Asset maintenance processes and systems:
* SAP PM/EAM
* SAP MRS
* SAP BI
* Geo-e
* Mobile
* xECM

Tasks:
* support the implemented SAP PM/EAM solution for the specialties PDST (Power Distribution and SubStations), Signal Setup and Tracks
* handle tickets for bugs and minor adjustments
* provide support to key users, local representatives and end users
* Being the point of contact for collecting customer needs, being able to interpret these needs and to translate these technical translation of functional and technical specifications for change requests
* configuring requested modifications/extensions in SAP
* testing configuration and developments
* updating training documentation and work instructions
* timely delivery of deliverables according to a schedule agreed with the business
* writing test scenarios
* planning and organizing Unit tests (UT), IT (Integration tests), UAT (User acceptance tests), regression tests (RT)
* providing training to key and end users.
* follow up batch jobs/interfaces
* support with planned release upgrades
* formulating and documenting business cases and/or work instructions for change requests, As Is and To Be analyzes
* report on a regular basis to the team coordinator PM/EAM

Purpose of the function:
The Senior SAP Maintenance consultant will strengthen the SAP Business Competence Center at Infrabel to support the current Maintenance implementation.

This implies:
* Support of the operational system
* Implement corrections, adjustments and extensions of the existing solution
* Supporting the business - via key users
* Go live and hypercare support
* Support with the planned release upgrades
