Knowledge and experience of masterdata like equipments/workcenters/tasklist/activitity types,contracts(w. billing plans) etc,
Thorough understanding of the processes of notifications(quality & maintenance) & service orders (planning& dispatching, activity time&material registration & confirmations), and the subsequent resource related billing (DIP) of these service orders. Therefore some knowledge in the SD billing area (incl. pricing) of service orders (debit/credit memo requests) is needed.
