* Highly skilled PM consultant (Asset Management), functional/software architect profile
* Extensive experience within Oil & Gas industry
* Extensive experience with larger and complex custom development projects (not "just standard solution set-up/customizing")
* Consultancy skills are very important, this resource
o Must be of analytical/investigative nature and able to apply relevant problem solving methodologies on business and IT challenges
o Develop/investigate solution options with pros. & cons. and recommend best options for informed and fact based decisions
o Must be able to capture customer needs and define business requirements (EPICS, Features, User stories and similar)
o Must be able to transform business requirements into functional requirements/specifications
o Must be able to take on functional lead and coordinate/guide technical expertise/programmers during development, testing and go-live phases
o Must like working in teams, help others, share information, but also able to work independently and be self-reliant when necessary
Role: Senior Consultant - SAP Plant Maintenance (O&M)
SAP Experience: 5-7 years experience in SAP Implementation/development projects for large organization.
Domain experience: 3-5 years in Plant Maintenance area.
Must Skills: SAP Plant Maintenance, Integration with Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Preference: Norwegian else from Scandinavian
Preferred skills: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Domain/SAP Experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Industry
