Job description:
Senior project manager for SAP PLM Implementation project. The aim is to manage project charter when the team get it from end customer.

Project description:
The implementation project is divided into phases, where phase 1 will be the first step for supporting the base for PLM with in the business area. The first phase will be implemented in the same environment as E-PLM but with SAP PLM as interface to the database.

In phase 2 when know how to use design automation in the future (based on design automation pre-study) we will have possibility to implement integration to SAP to secure quality and change on the product and design data generated from automated processes.

Phase 3 will give us the opportunity to enhance further PLM functionality according to our needs. The system implementation requires a lot of preparations and adaptations of existing business processes and rules that must be set globally and then lead to global ways of working. This need to be started in parallel with system development project in order to make a successful system implementation, the system can't drive the change within organization, that change is the responsibility of the organization itself. The implementation leaders will be the drivers of this from the project, activities and progress will be governed and coordinated within the project management.
