SAP PI Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Gent, Belgium (Part-Time: 60%)

SAP PI CONSULTANT - DUTCH SPEAKING - GENT, BELGIUM (PART TIME: 60%).

My client in Gent, Belgium is looking for an SAP PI Consultant for a part time (3 day/week - 60%) assignment

Tasks include:
 - Carrying out study activities in collaboration with architects and IT strategists within the project Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the main deliverables: elaboration reference architecture, design of a Proof Of Concept, Guidelines for developers.
- The development of an opinion (in the form of a design proposal) for a High Available setup of SAP PI 7.3 as the upgrade of SAP PI 7.1, in a Linux environment.
- You report on your activities to the team lead for Systems Integration.

Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of SAP PI and the peripheral modules (Enterprise Repository, ...)
- SAP SOA certification, including knowledge of the SAP roadmap for SOA
- Knowledge of the Smart Metering Standard Enterprise services, both functionally and technically.
- Knowledge of High Available setup of SAP PI
- Knowledge of IDOC's, BAPI'S, SOAP, XML interfaces "
- Experience with the development of technical specs, guidelines, IT standards.
- At least 6 years of SAP experience, both as a developer and technical solution design
- At least 2 years experience with SAP PI design, including the design and migration of new installations

Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch.

Start: 1st November 2012. 3 Month Contract.
